Ride-hailing services law ends Pennsylvania regulatory fight

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A new Pennsylvania law allows ride-sharing companies like Uber and Lyft to operate legally in the state. That's after years of regulatory battles that included a record-setting $11.4 million state fine on Uber.

Gov. Tom Wolf signed the bill Friday. It took effect immediately.
