A California woman has recalled the moment she was dragged out her car by a homeless man, dragged into the street and drenched in hot ****.

Heidi Van Tassel says suspect Jere Blessings darted across Hollywood Boulevard and attacked her this June as she prepared to make her way home after dinner at a Thai restaurant.
