She once again ruled out a full House vote on impeachment proceedings.

The Trump White House has informed Pelosi that it will not cooperate with congressional requests for information and witnesses unless the full House votes to launch a formal impeachment inquiry, with rules that protect Republicans' right to subpoena witnesses, among other interests.
