Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick sues former FDNY colleague saying he sexually harassed her

Angelina Pivarnick has sued a former colleague with the New York City Fire Department, claiming he'd sexually harassed her while she worked as an EMT under his command.

'Like all women, I am entitled to be treated with dignity and respect at work,' Pivarnick told Page Six in a statement Tueday. 'And I should not have to accept unwanted sexual advances, crude comments about my body or physical assault.'

Staten - Island - New - York - Court

The Staten Island, New York native, 33, said in court docs at Brooklyn, New York's federal court Monday that Lt. Jonathan Schechter had behaved inappropriately with her during their time working together in 2018 and 2017, the outlet reported.

'Schechter incessantly subjected Pivarnick to unwelcome sexual advances, as well as comments about her body and physical appearance,' a complaint in the MTV personality's suit read.
