Latonia Shelecia Stewart, from The Bronx, New York, was arraigned on Wednesday on a 22-count indictment charging her with burglary, grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and other charges. It's alleged she burgled at least half a dozen homes in in Westchester County.
