A Virginia tow truck driver was arrested after he allegedly struck a vehicle's returning male driver with his truck and punched him in the face through the window after trying to repossess a vehicle that was occupied by a woman, two kids and a dog.

No injuries were reported, according to the police.

Repo - Attempt - Mohaned - Zyoud - Woodbridge

But the failed repo attempt by Mohaned Zyoud, 23, of Woodbridge, Virginia, on July 18 got him charged with attempted malicious wounding, assault and battery, and misdemeanor hit and run, according to the Prince William County Virginia Police.

Zyoud, according to a police account obtained by the Daily Mail, spotted the vehicle in a parking lot in the 15,600 block of Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge sometime before 9 p.m.

He began hooking up the vehicle to repossess it, despite the three occupants inside, police said.
