A man is facing hate crimes and weapons charges after 'threatening to shoot property managers and minorities' who moved into the neighborhood.

Richard Vincent Orcutt, 67, from San Luis Obispo, California, was arrested and charged with 10 felonies on Tuesday.

Threats - Possession - Firearms - Police - June

He stands accused of racially motivated criminal threats and unlawful possession of more than 37 firearms, after police raided is home on June 30.

They found handguns, rifles, shotguns and an assault weapon, as well as thousands of rounds of ammunition, according to Prosecuting Attorney Dan Down.
