PGA Tour veteran golfer Phil Mickelson has turned to fasting to try and revive his season. He explained the transition on his Twitter account over the weekend.
Mickelson announced that he has lost 15 pounds during a six-day fast that includes water and a coffee blend. The next outing “lefty” will get to test out his new weight loss regime is during the British Open, beginning July 18.
