Police warn people not to flush drugs because of meth-gator risks

Police in Tennessee are urging people not to flush methamphetamine down the toilet because it could result in 'meth-gators'.

The warning from the Loretto Police Department came after officers found a suspected drug dealer flushing his meth and paraphernalia down the toilet when they raided his home on Saturday.

They charged Andy Perry with a series of drug-related offenses and seized 12 grams of methamphetamine, 24 fluid ounces of liquid meth and several paraphernalia items.

Following his arrest, they issued a public plea for people not to dispose of their drugs via the sewer because it could, among those things, make alligators high and aggressive.
