A church worship a cappella group flash mob's stirring rendition of Lean on Me brought joy to workers and patrons of a Tennessee Chick-fil-A.
Dozens of members of the Acapella Ministries Worship Leader Institute descended on the Rivergate Chick-fil-A in Nashville, Tennessee, and — to the surprise of everyone at the restaurant — serenaded them with the hit Bill Withers' song.

In a video, posted by Jake Jones on Facebook on July 4, it appears that the singers had stationed themselves around the Chick-fil-A, blending in with the regular customers as they ate their sandwiches and drank their fountain drinks.
On a mystery cue, the singers break out in song, slowly jumping up from their seats as they harmonize.

Restaurant patrons and workers can be heard cheering and singing and clapping along with the church singers. At the end of the clip, the flash mob is given a round of applause.
'Whenever you get a group of a cappella worship leaders together it’s hard for us not to sing together,' Jones told Fox News.
Jones - Singers - Nashville - Acappella - Ministries
Jones said that he and the other singers were in Nashville attending Acappella Ministries’ Worship Leader Institute 2019 and that they had decided to choreograph the flash mob 'to encourage patrons and employees at the Chick-Fil-A.'
'We feel it is our mission in life to spread God’s awesome news through the talents and gifts He’s given us,' Jones said. 'What better way than to lift people up in song!'
