Georgia man takes a teen's keys before punching and dragging him down highway

Shocking dash cam footage shows a man punching a teenage motorist before grabbing him through a car window and dragging him down the road for a quarter of a mile.

Emmitt Grubbs, 36, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, was arrested and charged with aggressive driving, hit and run, robbery and aggravated assault following the incident in the metro-Atlanta suburb on Wednesday.

Dash cam video of the encounter released on social media shows Shawn Roberts, 18, of Statham, Georgia, driving east in heavy rush hour traffic on state route 316 near Buford Drive on Wednesday when Grubbs used the highway's shoulder lane to try to pass him.

The front passenger's side of Roberts' truck clips the rear driver's side of the sedan as Grubbs tried to merge back on the highway.

Suddenly the furious 36-year-old stops his car in the two-lane road, blocking Roberts' path, before getting out and walking to the teen's driver's side window out of the view of the dash cam.

'I honestly don't know what set it off,' Roberts told KALB-TV.

'He gets out of his car, comes and punches me in the face. I kick him in the face with my boot out the window.'

During the scuffle, Grubbs is seen taking Roberts' keys before getting back in his own car...
