Two teenagers have been charged with murder after an out-of-control house party left an 18-year-old boy dead on the street.
Alex Ioane was attending a 16th birthday party in Ingleburn, about 40 kilometres south-west of the Sydney CBD, when a fight broke out about 9.40pm on Friday.
Brawl - Chester - Road - Group - Men
The brawl spilled out on to Chester Road, and a group of men arrived in vehicles, wielding weapons including a baseball bat, golf club and wooden and metal poles.
Mr Ioane, who friends say was 'kind-hearted, bubbly and funny', was found by paramedics on the road suffering serious head injuries. He was taken to Liverpool Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Sunday - Police - Search - Warrant - Home
On Sunday, police executed a search warrant at a home in Eagle Vale, where two teenagers, 17 and 18, were arrested and charged with murder.
The pair were refused bail, with the 17-year-old due to appear at Campbelltown Children's Court on Monday and the 18-year-old at Campbelltown Local Court.

Friends claim the party, which police say was attended by '50-80 people', turned sour over 'something petty'.
Mr Ioane's friend Freda Tuese, 19, who was at the party, said the fight was over 'something petty' that happened inside.

Ms Tuese went to school with Alex and said he was a 'joker and that's what we loved about him'.
