Harrison Ford Has A Simple Answer For Who Can Replace Him In ‘Indiana Jones’ Franchise: “Nobody”

Harrison Ford has never been known to be the warmest and affectionate man on a movie set. So, it’s no surprise that during interviews, he’s willing to say things that might not be what the studio would like to hear. And in the case of talking about the future of the “Indiana Jones” franchise, Ford says things that really echoes what many fans have said over the last few years.

Speaking to the Today Show, Ford was asked the question that he’ll likely hear for the rest of his life: Who does he think would be a worthy replacement for him as the titular character in the ‘Indy’ franchise?

“Nobody is going to be Indiana Jones,” said Ford, grabbing the shoulder of the interviewer, as to stress the answer. “Don’t you get it? I’m Indiana Jones. When I’m gone, he’s gone. It’s easy!”

Honestly, it’s difficult to say whether or not Ford was being facetious or not with his answer, as it sure does look like he’s 100% honest in his response. Of course, as mentioned, this is a response that is sure to delight many different fans of the franchise. Gone are...
