Aaron Rodgers complains about Game of Thrones finale just one week after having a cameo

The Game of Thrones finale has certainly been divisive among fans, and one famous fan who wasn't too happy about the ending is Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Year - Quarterback - Punches - Media - Packers

The 35 year old quarterback pulled no punches while meeting with the media during the Packers' OTA program on Tuesday, and when asked by a reporter if he was happy with the ending of Game of Thrones, he answered, bluntly, 'No.'

Throughout the show's eight season run, fans have wondered who would end up on the Iron Throne when all was said and done, and they were given a rather controversial answer: Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead Wright), a.k.a. The Three-Eyed Raven.

End - Episode - Tyrion - Lannister - Peter

Towards the end of the episode, Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) advocated for Bran Stark, because he knows the history of Westeros better than anyone, therefore would be less likely to repeat it.

Still, Rodgers didn't agree with that assessment that Bran had the 'best story' of anyone in Westeros, which lead to him taking the throne.

Show - Years - Rogers - Wisconsin - Sports

'I love the show and it was a great ten years, but no,' Rogers said (via Wisconsin sports reporter Stephen Watson). 'You come down to the end and Tyrion says the person with the best story is Bran? Who, by the way, three episodes ago said he wasn't Bran Stark anymore?'

He then proceeds to list all of the characters he thought had a better story on Game of Thrones than Bran Stark.

'No, Jon had a better story, Dany had a better story, Arya had a better story, Sansa had a better story, Varys had a better story,' he began.
