With fans still processing the series finale of Game of Thrones series finale, series star Sophie Turner is firing back at fans who created a petition to remake the final season.
The 23 year old actress spoke with The New York Times on Monday, where she was asked about the 'vitriol' about the final season.
Hate - Mention - 'petitions - Change - Org
While she said she wasn't surprised about all of the hate, she did mention 'petitions,' likely referring to the Change.org petition that has 1.3 million signatures.
'All of these petitions and things like that — I think it’s disrespectful to the crew, and the writers, and the filmmakers who have worked tirelessly over 10 years, and for 11 months shooting the last season,' Turner began.

'Like 50-something night shoots,' she added, referring to the epic Battle of Winterfell sequence that took 55 nights to film and set a record as the biggest battle sequence in film and television history.
'So many people worked so, so hard on it, and for people to just rubbish it because it’s not what they want to see is just disrespectful,' she said.
