Rapper Kid Cudi bought $10,000 worth of Popeyes food for a homeless shelter before performing at Coachella over the weekend.

A delivery truck picked up the massive shipment of fast-food and took it to the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission in California.

The 35-year-old rapper's colossal order included chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and fries, TMZ reported.

'Honestly our clients were thrilled to have some good old-fashioned great tasting fried chicken and shocked that a celebrity like Kid Cudi would think of us,' Vicky Cox of the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission told the Desert Sun. 'It's just so out of the ordinary for us.'
