But, Elton John, 72, didn't let his injury bring him down as he was spotting in Milan, Italy on Wednesday, after spending time with Donatella Versace, 63.

Musician - Discreet - Entrance - Vehicle - Clad

The iconic musician exited through a discreet entrance, but couldn't be missed as he walked unaided to a chauffeur-driven vehicle, clad in a sparkling blue tracksuit.

Elton's eye-catching, sporty two-piece featured white and red stripes down the side, and the singer shielded his eyes with a pair of classic metal-rim shades.

He teamed the tracksuit with a pair of multicoloured trainers, which were adorned with jewel-embellished straps.

Donatella oozed glamour in her all-black ensemble, comprising a fitted leather mac atop a high-necked frock.

Fashion - Designer - Dash - Colour - Pair

The fashion designer added a dash of colour with a pair of multicoloured oversized shades and a floral handbag.

Further accessorising her outfit, Donatella wore large gold hoop earrings and enormous rings.

Platinum - Locks - Wave - Towards - Ends

Her famous platinum locks were styled straight with a slight wave towards the ends, and she sported a bronzed make-up look.

This comes after Elton took to his Instagram platform on Thursday to give fans a candid update on his health.

He shared a snap which showed him looking glum as he was temporarily wheelchair bound after suffering from a sprained ankle, whilst visiting the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy.
