She was named by Marie Claire as one of the women revolutionizing Hollywood - as part of the Time's Up Entertainment sector.

And Eva Longoria, who was grouped in the storytellers category for the magazine, said that 'a story becomes significantly different when you fold in collaborators from all walks of life.'

The 43-year-old actress, producer and director, who posed in all white, explained that diversity is needed 'in all facets of this industry.'

Eva pointed out that most film reviewers are white men and when they review a female, they say '"I don't get it,"' to which she says: 'Of course you didn't. The movie wasn't made for you.'

She said her wake up call was when she did a commercial recently and when asked to pick a director for it, there were five men listed and no women.

Eva told the magazine when she asked where are the women on the list, they said '"Oh my God, you're right."'
