President Donald Trump announced during his State of the Union address Tuesday that he and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un will meet again on Feb. 27 and 28 in Vietnam.

This would be the second time the two leaders would meet face to face.
Trump and Kim held a historic summit in Singapore in June of 2018. In the wake of the Trump-Kim summit, Trump claimed North Korea was no longer a nuclear threat to the United States. While North Korea hasn't tested a ballistic missile or a nuclear weapon since the summit, the country has yet to dismantle its nuclear weapons program or dispose of ballistic missiles that have the ability to strike the United States.
