Traffic police in a city in south-west China have deployed two drones to help officers catch reckless drivers on busy roads.
The new scheme, implemented in Chongqing's Hechuan district over the weekend, aims to help officers track drivers who stray over lane markers and commit dangerous driving offenses such as illegal passing, according to the district government.

'In order to ensure smooth traffic, Hechuan traffic police will employ two drones to help officers perform law enforcement duties,' according to the Hechuan District press office in a statement on Weibo.
