There were quite a few snubs in this year's Academy Awards nominations list.

Barry Jenkins and Bradley Cooper were bypassed for a best director nod, despite their films being heavily nominated in other categories — and not a single female director made the cut. Meanwhile, Bo Burnham's beloved film Eighth Grade was completely shut out of Oscars contention, and films like Three Identical Strangers and Burning were also overlooked.

Perhaps no snub hurts more, though, than the fact that the Mister Rogers film Won't You Be My Neighbor? got left out in the documentaries category.
