An ex-NBA star and friend from Yale claims he never saw Brett Kavanaugh 'blacked out drunk' as the Supreme Court nominee faces allegations of alcohol-fuelled sexual assault.
Chris Dudley, who enjoyed an illustrious career in the NBA with several of the league's biggest teams, told the Washington Post he and Kavanaugh would often drink at parties 'just like every other college kid in America'.

'I went out with him all the time. He never blacked out. Never even close to blacked out,' said Dudley.
'There was drinking, and there was alcohol. Brett drank, and I drank. Did he get inebriated sometimes? Yes. Did I? Yes. Just like every other college kid in America.'
