Three vandals caught on video stealing hallucinogenic toads from Arizona Conservation park

Police are looking for any information pertaining to a trio of thieves who stole psychedelic toads from an Arizona park last week.

The Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area in Cave Creek, Arizona, released a series of videos on Monday showing three culprits taking Sonoran Desert toads.

Clip - Amphibians - Plastic - Bags - Area

In the clip, the three are seen placing the amphibians in plastic bags and taking them from the area between 9pm on Thursday and 12.30am Friday.

According to the park's Facebook, the vandals violated several rules of the conservation area, including: 'Destroying, damaging, or removing any tree, shrub, wildflower, cactus, or any other vegetation, or any other vegetative product or by-products without first obtaining a written permit from the Department and destroying, damaging, defacing or removing any County property or property administered by the Department.'

The park shared that they have passed along the clips to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and that an investigation is underway.
