A driver who admitted to cops he was taking cocaine and drinking when he tried to kill himself and his passenger in California, ended up killing another driver instead.
Eduardo Robles, 30, of Fillmore was driving with a 41-year-old male passenger on May 31. He later told police he thought his passenger was 'possibly involved with the police and that the government was putting pressure on him.'
Cops - Pressure
He told cops he wanted to kill them both to relive himself of the pressure.
When Robles accelerated his car to between 80 and 85 miles-per-hour, he allegedly rammed into the rear end of a car being driven by Benjamin Brown, 28. Brown is the father to a five-year-old, according to the Ventura County Star.

Brown's car spun out of control and ended up in oncoming traffic where he was struck by a semitrailer.
